@ 2:26, the drain plug, you're saying make sure it's fully tightened and sealed but the video shows it being turned to the open position? Am i seeing that right? I'm dealing with leaking from the side of the sear right now for 2 hours so far (leaking only when it's running)... been troubleshooting for hours before I found out about this in your video. Hoping turning it one way or the other, will help fix my issue.. Edit** this didn't fix my issue, but thanks anyway! I think i'm returning this thing to Costco.

1). I had a problem with a purchase of a WASHLET+ and wanted to share: I decided on buying the s550e. I’m an 82nd AirBorne Army Veteran and have very significant problems related to my spine, hippies, knees and all my other places like every Veteran who has jumped out of too many planes. My quest for a bidet began after too many years dealing with the after effects of a necessary but very extreme lower abdominal surgery (it was effective but still left me with crazy bad bottom movement problems). 2). My Comment is this: When I went to order my s550e bidet to mount onto my elongated and universal height WASHLET+ ready Drake front bowl at 16-1/8” bowl height, I knew that the s550e SW3056T40 WASHLET would add the additional height of 1-7/16” to the bowl height of my TOTO® Drake® Elongated Universal Height TORNADO FLUSH® Toilet Bowl with CEFIONTECT®, WASHLET®+ Ready, Cotton White - C776CEFGT40#01. And, then the combined height would be a seat height of 16-2/16 + 1-7/16 equals 17-9/16 seat height. This was an acceptable ADA height for a guy 6’ tall with my problems said my Veterans Administration Doctor. 3). Here is the point of my comment: When the online purchasing software re-directed me from purchasing my s550e because it was discontinued and the new model, WASHLET® S7A - Contemporary - Elongated with ewater+, was replacing it, I just clicked ‘OK’ and purchased the new S7A. The FINAL POINT of my comment is: The Specification Spec Sheet for the s7a , SW4736AT40#01, replacement model that replaces the s550e WASHLET , the spec shows a new and reduced seat height for the new s7a. It is only 1-1/16” high compared to the s550e height of 1-7/16”. The drop in height is a difference of 3/8”. When we are talking about multiple spinal injuries, 3/8” height change is extremely significant and not doable for me. I canceled my order and found that TOTOUSA was still selling the s550e and I purchased one. WORD… John
